Red Rock Pilates is a friendly and welcoming studio, where each person experiences Pilates at its best, in small groups and supported by committed instructors. There really is a difference between the cheap mass produced Pilates you might find in your local gym and the type that we offer at Red Rock.
Firstly, we begin with a comprehensive one on one consultation, during which we seek to understand your motivation for doing Pilates. This might be the need to recover from injury, the desire to improve your muscle tone or possibly find an improvement in your chosen sport. We further explore any previous experience you have had with Pilates and any limitations which might hinder your progress.
Secondly, with this knowledge in hand we design a comprehensive Pilates program, which contains specific targets and achievements over your coming journey. In class you receive clear and detailed instruction on how to perform each exercise in a safe and effective manor, with cues provided at each stage of the exercise. This ensures precision, flow and a steady progression through the program.
Thirdly, after a 10 week period of exercise we conduct a review of your progress, providing feedback on achievements, setbacks, progression, attendance and answering any questions you might have,
Finally, all of this is provided in a fully equipped studio, supported by instructors who are passionate about Pilates.
