WHO NEEDS PILATES
Pilates is ideal for both Women & Men, of all ages. At Red Rock it's all about making a change for the better, with a focus on three key areas.Â
Â
HOW TO BE YOUR BEST
Noeleen has worked with thousands of people worldwide to overcome pain and injury, both in person, at the studio, and via her work with USA Triathlon, USA Track & Field and USA Cycling.Â
She has discovered that poor posture is the main contributor to pain and injury, where the muscles are weak and unbalanced. However, with good posture, the muscles are strong and balanced, thereby allowing the body to move efficiently through a range of motion, with less pain and reduced chance of injury. Â
Â
When you come to Red Rock Pilates we will help you achieve great posture, with a strong and balanced body, by providing:
1.
Postural Assessment
This will highlight what is causing your pain, allowing us to develop the program needed to improve your posture, and overcome the pain that's holding you back.Â
Â
 Â
2.
Customised ProgramÂ
Your individual program is focused on improving your core strength and posture, so you can move pain free throughout the day, and as you exercise. Each program is customised to your personal goals, in discussion with your instructor.
Â
3.
Progress Reviews
Receive a review every 10 weeks, with feedback on achievements, setbacks and progress on your personal goals. Â

WHY POSTURE MATTERS
POOR POSTURE
If the pull of the muscles on one side of the joint is greater than the pull of the muscles on the other side of the joint, then the bones will be pulled in that direction. The result is poor posture and an increased chance of pain and injury.Â
GOOD POSTURE
To achieve good posture the muscles in the front of the upper body must be in balance with the muscles in the back of the body. The spine is long, the shoulder is correctly positioned in the joint, movement becomes fluid and pain free. Â
WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE VERY BEST OUTCOMES FOR ALL

"Wow! My body actually feels like it is loosening up. Mobility in my hips is increasing. Thanks for the great exercises."
Steph Popelar
