Our story
Serving Bayside since 2008.
Red Rock Pilates was created to offer something increasingly rare: high-level Pilates teaching in a studio where every client is genuinely known.
Over the years, the studio has worked with people across the full spectrum—from those taking their first careful steps back into movement to recreational athletes, elite performers and world champions.
The setting has evolved, but the principle has remained the same. Quality teaching and personal relationships create results that last.
Meet Noeleen
A teacher first.
Noeleen came to Pilates through a lifelong love of sport, including gymnastics, swimming, triathlon, hockey and running. After years as a Pilates client, she completed comprehensive teacher training and Classical Pilates certification.
Her career has included the development of Pilates for Sports and work connected with USA Track & Field, USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, Cycling Australia, Triathlon Victoria and athletes from recreational to world-champion level.
What matters most, however, is how that experience is applied. Noeleen teaches with precision, warmth and curiosity, helping each client understand not only what to do, but why it matters.
