The Red Rock difference
Running is a single-leg sport repeated thousands of times.
Every stride asks one leg to accept your weight, hold the pelvis level and send you forward again. Small losses of control are not a problem once. Over an hour they become the reason the last few kilometres feel so different from the first.

This is not run coaching. Your training plan, your mileage and your sessions stay exactly where they are. The aim is to build the strength, control and mobility that let your body repeat the same stride without falling apart.
Bring what you are training for and anything that has been niggling. Your Pilates program can then focus on the qualities that support the running you are actually doing.
Your plan adds the kilometres. Pilates builds the body that absorbs them.
Running-specific focus
What we work on.
Not a generic workout. Your program is built around your body, your current movement and the demands of your running.
01
Single-leg stability
Hold the pelvis level and the knee tracking well each time your weight lands.
02
Glute strength
Build the hip strength that drives you forward instead of leaving the work to the calves.
03
Pelvic control
Create a steadier base so the legs can move underneath it without the trunk swinging.
04
Posture under fatigue
Keep length through the spine when the run gets long and form usually slips.
05
Foot + ankle strength
Improve the spring and control of the first thing to meet the ground.
06
Thoracic rotation
Free the upper back so the arms and legs can counterbalance with less effort.
Personally taught
We do not rebuild your stride. We build the body underneath it.
Run training and physical conditioning do different jobs. The best outcome is when they support each other.
If the same niggle keeps arriving at the same point in a run…
there may be a physical reason: a hip that gives way under load, glutes that are slow to fire, limited ankle range or a trunk that cannot hold its shape when you tire. Pilates gives you a structured way to work on those qualities away from the road.
Bring your training week.
Tell us what your week looks like and where it is going. We will use that to shape the physical focus of your program, and to keep it out of the way of your key sessions.
Your pathway
Personalised from the very beginning.
Every runner begins privately so we can understand your goals and see how your body currently moves before building the program.
01
Understand
We discuss your goals, your training week, any past injuries and what you would like your running to feel like.
02
Design
We look at posture, rotation, hips, shoulders, pelvic stability, balance and whole-body control, then build your individual program.
03
Progress
You begin an individual Classical Pilates program and continue with guided sessions and regular reviews.
